Last week my sister was watching the Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake half time Super Bowl performance on her iPad. When Justin showed up on stage my one year old niece (unprompted) bent over and kissed the screen. I have never been more proud.

Happy Friday!! What a fun week it was! First of all, thank God January is over. It honestly felt like an entire year. Congrats to those of you who made it through Whole30 and sober January. I broke my sober January last weekend…. eh close enough right? Anyway, this past week was all about health and fitness with a side of fashion.
