Now that I am fully back to my regular schedule of working out after a month of knee inflammation and having a terrible cold. I wanted to share with you some of my current favorite workouts I am religiously doing these days. Today I wanted to dedicate this entire post to my Bandier girls, Amanda, Megan, and Lauren. And my favorite duo, Sarah and Natalie. They are fun, fit, full of energy, and give one butt-kicking of a workout.

My favorite retailer is having a major sale right now! Shopbop is the number one website I go to to shop online as they have all of my favorite brands and the best items. While I was browsing through the website it was so hard not to put everything in my cart, I want it all!! This is my absolute favorite time of the year and I relish in spring and summer clothing. When I was at home in Ohio the weather on Easter was fortunately nice enough to wear a spring dress. I wore this outfit to church then changed into my floral jumpsuit for dinner. I adore wearing little white dresses during the spring and summer season. White dresses are not only a classic piece that one must have, they are also chic and a little romantic.

“life your life by a compass not a clock”

Happy Friday! I am glad this week is over with. After spending an entire week at home in Ohio I felt a little overwhelmed coming back here to New York. It wasn’t that I neglected work or emails, it’s just that I wasn’t as attentive. It didn’t help that Tuesday-Thursday I was dealing with anxiety about life in general. I tried to stay calm and do things one at a time. I am in a mist of a change and I know that– I feel it. My anxiety is sprung from not knowing exactly what the change is and when it will occur. I apologize if none of that makes sense, but in a way it makes perfect sense.  (more…)
