Happy Friday! This week has been pretty uneventful. After this past month being crazy with fashion week, it was nice to have nothing on my schedule in terms of events. I spent most of the week indoors working and relaxing. Since I had a somewhat of a relaxed schedule, I took this as an opportunity for some self care.

The most important relationship you will ever have it the one you have with yourself. You have to start treating yourself like you are your own best friend. This is the body god gave you, this is the life god gave you, it’s all that you have in the world that is consistent. It’s easy to get wrapped up in the comparison game or the wishful thinking of what could be or what you do not currently have. But don’t let it affect how you feel about yourself and your body.
