gingham

When we think of spring fashion, gingham usually comes to mind. It’s a pattern that will always be timeless. Although I gravitate mostly towards floral prints, gingham is not one that I shy away from. I recently bought these cute slingback pumps and have been enjoying styling them with different outfits (seen here).  What I love about the print is that it looks good in any color and with any clothing item. Since Sunday I have been in a somewhat sour mood. Seems like everything is going haywire, nothing is working correctly. My computer has been acting weird, my body hurts, I am forgetting to do things on my to-do list which is frustrating me, it feels like everyone is grabbing at me from all ends, and I was offered an incredible opportunity in a few weeks that I can’t do because of scheduling and I am really bummed out about it. All of it is not the end of the world or nothing that can’t be fixed just throwing myself a pity-party and milking my bad mood. Thank goodness the Shopbop Event of the Season Sale started today to brighten my mood and for some retail therapy. Take up to 25% off items (unfortunately there are some items that are excluded) with code EVENT19. There are SO many amazing items to snatch for the summer that I highly suggest taking advantage of this sale! Here are a few items on my list.

Although my blog and myself have improved over the years there is still so much more I want to do, want to learn, want to experience, and want to perfect and improve.
