One thing I look most forward to during the day is listening to my favorite Podcasts. Whether I am going through emails, creating a blog post, walking around the city or laying on the couch, I enjoy playing a Podcast and listening to whatever the topic may be. There are a few that I religiously listen to and some I listen to sporadically. What do I look for in a Podcast? Usually entertainment, something I can learn from, interests of mine, and those that are well-known (ex: Serial). Here are a few of my current favorites that I listen to each week.

I have been sharing different ways you can spice up your workwear, from this pink suit to this lilac one. Today lets talk about spring blazers. From florals to stripes to bright colors, there are many spring-like blazers that you can wear to the office or casually out on the town. I have personally been wearing this scalloped blazer, styled both casually and professionally, everywhere. I love the minimalist look to it with a subtle scalloped detailing. It’s perfect to wear with just about anything! Since my job is wear whatever you like, I’ve been styling my spring blazers a little more casually with a t-shirt underneath and jeans with heels. Blazers are a great 3rd piece to throw on. Especially when the weather is not yet warm enough for skin to sun contact, but not cold enough for a real jacket. All you have to do to complete an outfit is throw on a blazer. It can spice up your outfit with a pattern or print or compliment it with a neutral look. However you style your spring blazer, have fun with your work outfits this spring.

Drew Barrymore has been one that I have looked up to as a business woman and also as a light of positivity. We both share the same passion for photographing hearts we see around town or in random circumstances (I was doing it before she came out with her book… kindred spirits!). Anyway, last year Drew had a clothing line called Dear Drew that I adored. She had a pop-up in Soho that felt as if you were walking into her family room (because all of the furniture was actually from her home). Now Drew has a new venture: home.
