Lately, when it comes to my workout I have been sticking to a routine; dance cardio, pilates, yoga, HIIT workouts, and sculpt classes. I have not been really venturing out of the norm and trying new, to me, style workouts. I have tried a few new studios but most have stuck to the ones that I love doing the most. Here are two new studios that I have loved going to and one that is an oldie but a goodie.

The holiday party invitations are starting to slowly arrive in my mailbox. This is my favorite time of the year when everything is so festive and people are in a jolly good mood. I live for holiday soirées; dressing up in sparkles and fancy attire. This sparkle and fringe dress from Sail to Sable, I am planning on wearing it a lot this season and maybe even New Year’s Eve. It’s a classic black dress but with a dash of sparkle and fringe. This is a dress I can wear for years to come.

Happy Friday! Today marks one week from moving into my new apartment! I still have a lot to unpack; knick-knacks that I haven’t unwrapped, waiting for my console to arrive to put them on. I also have ordered new furniture like my desk, console, chair, etc and have to assembled everything this weekend. So my apartment is still filled with lots of boxes and is a mess, but I am happy.

Draper James

coat c/o // jeans (similar) // white booties // circle bag // sunglasses

My favorite part of dressing for the fall and winter season is wearing coats. I am always buying new ones, hoarding old ones, and coveting over ones that I have yet to own. Each outfit needs its own outerwear that best represents it. Different styles to choose from that completes the entire look. When I saw this purple plaid swing coat I knew it would be perfect for casual fall days. There is a bonus to it… it’s reversible. I forgot to shoot it wearing the reversible side, my apologies, but you can head to the Draper James website to see the gingham look. The reason why I have been wearing the purple plaid side is because I do not own anything that has such colors. I find this side to be the prettiest, but will definitely be turning it inside out for whenever it strikes my mood to do so. Anyway, when you have a coat that is reversible it’s like buying two coats in one! You can get completely different looks out of just one comfy wool coat.
