There are days when the thought of wearing sweatpants again makes me feel depressed. Although it’s comfortable and we have nowhere to go, I want to feel put together again. I have shared how wearing jumpsuits help boost my mood in this past post here. Today lets talk about day dresses. Wearing a day dress is easy to throw on, feels just as comfortable as wearing sweats, and will keep you looking and feeling your best. Occupying myself to forget about the sadness and the fear; to do things that make me happy and lift my spirits. I try to find light and the good in these trying times; spending more time with my parents, having good health, the ability to destress and relax, more time to create, more time to read and journal, sleep a lot, a place to live and food to eat and money to buy things. I am looking at this time not as a prisoner stuck in my own home but as someone who is fortunate to have all the time in the world to do the things she loves to do and to be with people she loves. Here are a few things getting me through quarantine besides my family and friends.
