Happy Friday! It’s raining in NYC, which I completely welcome. It has been ungodly hot here lately; it’s nice to have a day or two that feels cool. A day where you can lay on the couch and read or listen to music. A day of calm.
While it’s true that I mostly wear dresses during the summertime, I occasionally will throw on a pair of shorts and a cute top. I have never been one who can wear white pants during the summer and commend those of you who do. There are lots of pretty summer tops that I have missing out on because of my lack of wearing bottoms. Luckily for me, summer is not over, giving me plenty of time to throw on shorts and a summer top to frolic around the city. Here are some cute summer tops that I have my eye on.
As a book lover, I am constantly devouring through literary story after literary story. Diving into one adventure after another, escaping reality with a love story or a classic tale. Reading through chapters, learning about my favorite celebrities, or a historical moment. With this thirst to explore the art of words comes a collection of books gathering dust.
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020 is right around the corner! As usual, they will have the Early Access start first, August 4th for cardmembers only, then open the sale up to the public. A feature they have this year is the Early Access Club Status. If you are a cardmember and can shop the sale early, not everyone can start August 4th. Log into your Nordstrom account, head to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale section and they will tell you what your Nordy Club Status is. This way not everyone is shopping for the sale all at once. Below is the list of dates for each Early Access Card Status group– how they determined what group you are in, I have no idea.
