“Faith is believing in things when common sense tells you not to”

Miracle on 34th Street

Happy Friday and happy Evermore day! Did you stay up past midnight to download Taylor Swift’s new album? I did not but purchased it on Apple Music the second I woke up without hearing a single note. As a T.Swift fan, I knew I would love it and I was correct. I have been spending most of the day listening to the album on repeat. I am not sure if I like it better than Folklore, the jury is still out. I think Folklore may be better. But Evermore is still a great album. gifts for him

Shopping for men can be challenging, especially in a year where we didn’t go anywhere or do anything. Men are minimalist shoppers to begin with. They know what they like and they stick with it. Whether you are buying a gift for your dad, brother-in-law, brother, or significant other there is hopefully something here that the gentlemen will love to have. From fishing gear to dumbells they can become a little more active in the coming year. A new sweater or a coat is always appreciated. Since we are all stuck at home, slippers and wireless speakers will make staying home feel like a staycation. And if your significant other hasn’t shaved, remind him to with a new shaving kit and cream. Shop more gift ideas for him below! (more…)

dress c/o // mules (similar) // clutch (similar) // earrings

A few weeks ago I asked on my Instagram Stories to help me style my Tory Burch feathered mules for the holidays on TIVVIT. For those of you who may not know, TIVVIT is a shopping app where you can ask people to help you find a certain clothing item or the best skincare products. It’s like chatting with your friends about fashion, makeup, and so on, and you get a commission if the product you suggest is purchased. The app is created by Jenny Cipoletti from Margo and Me; one of my favorite blogs to follow! (more…)

The merriment in those few moments before you lay your eyes upon the tree never leaves you as you get older. If you are blessed with spending Christmas around little ones, the joy they have is contagious; an overflowing happiness. Christmas morning is some of my favorite memories. Opening up gifts, having brunch with my family, watching Christmas movies all day. It really is the most magical day of the year. (more…)
