It’s no surprise that one of my favorite dress styles is the smocked dress. A smock dress is comfortable to wear and looks great on all shapes and sizes. While smock dresses are usually worn in the spring and summer, they are just as prevalent in the fall season. We always think of wedding season falling upon the spring and summertime. From beach weddings to destination, our spring and summer seasons are filled with celebrations of love. But it does not stop there. Fall weddings are becoming more and more popular. I have been to plenty of fall weddings in my days and enjoy the autumn aesthetics and the crisp air. This year I only have one wedding, my cousins, which is in early December. I may hold off a little on purchasing dresses for the entire weekend, but it doesn’t stop me from shopping around. (more…)

Happy Friday! Like the rest of the world I am sadden to hear the news of Olivia Newton-John passing. And like the rest of the world I am a huge fan of Grease. I used to dream about playing Sandy on stage. Honestly, I just wanted to be Sandy in real life; she had great hair, the cutest outfits, and was genuinely sweet. Olivia Newton-John is a legend. A true talent with an amazing voice, a great dancer, and seemed to be a wonderful person to others. She will be missed. (more…)
