Summer is all about being outdoors; swimming, long walks, drinks on the patio. Although we are more active during the sunshine season, it does not mean we do not succumb to the calling of Netflix and a day of leisure. It is nice to have a day when you can open the windows to a cool breeze while watching movies all day or sit outside on the patio with a good book. As someone who works from home, unless I have a place to go, I do not wear my finest of clothing. I throw on a pair of elastic shorts and a sweatshirt or throw on a casual dress. I have gathered a few items to wear on a lazy summer day that won’t break the bank.

Summer is all about turning your days into nights. Meeting a friend for a late lunch and then, unexpectedly, you find yourself at a rooftop party. Lately I have been looking for outfits for those such incidence. A dress that you can wear all day long and still feel like you dressed appropriately for such occasion.
