Yesterday I took a leisure stroll around Soho; feeling the sun on my face and running my hands through gorgeous garments. When I have nothing to do on a Saturday afternoon, I always find myself strolling shops and boutiques. I love to see the beading up close, the feel of the fabrics, and fit of a silhouette. Although we are still in the thick of winter, I am starting to shop for transitional pieces. Items that I can wear now, then well into the spring season. One item in particular I always gravitate towards this time of year are textured jackets. They are chic, timeless, and versatile. You can drape it over your shoulders with a dress for work or worn with a pair of jeans to go shopping.
