Although I work from home, I do have appointments and meetings with brands to discuss seasonal collections. Even though there isn’t a dress code for said meetings, I do like to look a little bit more professional and put together. I usually opt for a dress or a nice pair of slacks with a blouse or sweater. As much as I love J.Crew I have to admit that I often forget about J.Crew Factory. I was surprised to learn that the sister brand has been around since the late 80’s. J.Crew Factory was created to house affordable styles that emulate past J.Crew collections. To me this is usually a hit or a miss in terms of how they reimagine a style.
