Although I am ready for warmer weather, and have been browsing spring items, it is still cold here in New York. It’s going to be a while before I can throw on a floral dress and aimlessly walk around the city enjoying the sunshine. Instead there will be a few more months left of bundling up in winter coats. When it comes to loungewear my style ranges from nap dress to sweats. There are days when I want to elevate my at-home look with a housedress. Days when I will wear cute athleisure sets. Then there are days where I forgo style and opt for total comfort. However, if the pandemic taught me anything over the last few years it’s that my loungewear does not have to look as if I just rolled out of bed and threw something on from off the floor. In March I am heading to Marco Island with my family for a long week vacation. I am excited to spend time under the sun and with my family. It’s been a very long time since I have been on a long relaxing vacation that has nothing to do with weddings, work, or quick weekend trips.
