“everything is so beautiful when you stop looking for flaws”
Happy Friday!! This week felt way too long, but still enjoyable. I went to a few events, pulled an all-nighter, pretended to be Serena Williams, and today I am celebrating Bastille Day!

Moving to a new city can be hard for anyone at any age. When I first moved to New York years ago I only knew roughly 6 people. I did not have a group of girlfriends like I have had in college or high school to go out to with. I spent the majority of my first few months hanging out with my guy friend from high school and all of his friends. It was not until I joined the New York Junior League that I started to really feel like NYC was my home. Honestly if it was not for joining the NYJL I probably wouldn’t of have lasted as long as I have in New York. There were plenty of times I felt lonely.

Happy Friday and happy almost 4th of July!!!! I am SO excited to celebrate the 4th! I am heading home tomorrow for an entire week to visit my family, celebrate the holiday, and for my niece’s baptism. I am ready for some relaxation and quality time with my family and friends.
As someone who loves to wear dresses and wants every dress in sight, I try to save money by buying more affordable options. Especially if the dress is a trend or serves as a casual, everyday wear. I do not want to spend pretty pennies on something I will only wear for a season. Living in New York during the summer when it ungodly hot and humid, some items barely make it though a season. Rest in peace my beautiful garments.
Anyway, I am looking for more dresses to wear this summer ( because why not!), so I have gathered 10 dresses all under $100.
