One of my favorite items to wear all year round is the blazer. It is a piece that is anchored in the classic style that will never be dated.  Over the years the blazer has evolved and now there is a ton of different styles from fitted, to over-sized boyfriend and cropped, from edgy to preppy, that will fit any style. It can be worn with jeans, nice slacks, or a dress. In the fall I will wear a blazer as a jacket over either a button-up or a silk tank. It is always my go-to piece when I have nothing to wear because I know it will look good. Currently I have a few that I rotate, with navy, brown, black, and white colors, but lately I have been searching for a pattern or a brighter color to add to my collection.

Are you a fan of the classic blazer? What is your go-to blazer look?

Every job that I have ever had has allowed me to wear sequins, and that, my friends, is what you call a blessed life. Now I know this may not always be the case, and it is definitely not the case for most people, so how can you look stylish and still look professional?

This outfit is not only great for the workplace, but each individual piece can be worn out at night or during the day, and works with anything is that already in your closet. I like the mix of patterns with the plaid silk shirt and leopard heels. This white bow top is a staple design that the two patterns do not clash—and we are all in an agreement that leopard is a neutral right? A woman should always have at least one pair of leopard heels in her closet. Leopard, when done right, can be an elegant, stylish touch to any outfit. This silk bow top is professional and stylish. I could easily pair it with jeans for a day of shopping or pair it with leather pants for an evening out.
