As a health nut, when it comes to mid-day snacking I always try to opt for a healthy choice. Whether it is a green apple, dates, almonds, grapes, or carrots, a healthy snack not only satisfies me when I am hangry, but I do not feel guilty for snacking between meals (or late at night…). When I am working from home it is easier for me to make smart choices, but when I am out and about running errands or traveling, eating healthy snacks can be a little challenging.
