Express your inner southern belle and clink those mint julep cups together–It’s Derby time! I love the Kentucky Derby and usually spend the day at the Union League Club. Sad I am going to miss it this year! My favorite part about the Kentucky Derby, besides getting a kick out of yelling my favorite horse’s name “I’ll Have Another”, is the wide brim hats, colorful dresses, men in seer sucker suits, and all the beautiful horses. A little fun fact: the outrageously elegant and stylish wide brim hat is believed to be a good luck charm!

I usually like to keep my hat simple and let the dress be a little bit more vibrant with a print.
