“you’re not behind. It’s not too late. You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. Everything is unfolding. Don’t judge yourself or be hard on yourself about how long something is taking to happen. Be patient. Your time is coming. Just be thankful that you made it this far.”

Happy Friday! What a week… TGIF. This week was a rollercoaster of emotions, events, and work. There was the good and the bad. I started this week not in a very good place mentally. All day Sunday and Monday I was struggling, mentally and emotionally. One of those days when you can’t stop the self-criticism. Everyone is either throwing an end of the summer soirée or showcasing fall/winter collections.

Happy Friday! There is a lot to celebrate; The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale started today, Bastille Day is this Sunday, and Nadal vs. Federer / the Wimbledon finals are happening. Too much excitement for one weekend, let me tell ya! I have been watching Wimbledon all week long. I really hope Federer wins but if not I am happy with the other players- Nadal, Djokovic. Serena will obviously win for women’s, but Halep will give her a challenge.  I am SO sad Serena and Murray are no longer in the mix doubles, I was loving them playing together. Tennis is the Tony Awards of sports. Everyone supports each other and it is so nice to see.
