Well I have a confession to make….I lied to all of you. I promised to not wear so much black in the winter, but I have been. And I’ve been loving my winter depression, mourning for sunshine look. However, I am starting to incorporate some color through accessories, and I finally purchased a red party dress. It was so perfect for the holidays, but now that the jolly season is over, it’s back to wearing my favorite LBD.
The little black dress is an essential wardrobe piece that every woman should own, and should own more than one. I wore this dress all the time at my last establishment of employment. It’s a sophisticated, classy look that can be worn anywhere. Now that I am trying to incorporate a little color to my all black ensemble, I think a simple statement like a necklace or a clutch is the perfect detail.
My accessories today was sent to me by a cute little shop called Pink Brix Boutique. They have anywhere from jewelry to scarves to clutches. They are pretty affordable, so if you love a certain necklace, get it in a bunch of different colors! I love that my necklace is simple and not a huge statement piece. The clutch is a nice added color detail to any outfit. 
 Santa brought me new sunglasses from Ray-Ban. Never taking them off, ever. When I wear them I feel as if I could hangout and talk about underground records or dine with Ralph Lauren. They make me feel cool, classic, and retro. And retro is a word that obviously describes me to a T…..
