Saying I enjoy the 4th of July is an understatement, I LOVE the 4th! The entire day is full of tradition and celebration starting with watching the parade, hopping from picnic to picnic, then ending the day watching fireworks in the park with the entire community. Always so much fun! Do you have any fun plans? We are having a big family reunion and I will also attend some picnics with friends.Although it is a few weeks away, I am already starting to plan my outfit. Since I am running around all day I want to look cute yet still comfortable. I always opt for a summer dress like this one or a cute romper to roam around in.  This year I am thinking of wearing striped shorts and a white blouse, but haven’t fully made up my mind yet. Lets be honest, I will end up with a dress because I am obsessed with dresses and will use any excuse to buy a new one 🙂

 

For me, finding the perfect red, white, and blue outfit is not always easy. I tend to fall under one color or the standard navy and white stripes each year.  I try to take inventory of what I have worn in the past and try to find something new and different like a pattern dress. Tuckernuck has a lot of great options this year that are cute and very patriotic. I have been eyeing this dress  and this romper for a while. Whether you are going to a big party or a backyard picnic, there is something for every situation.
