Every Christmas morning when we wake up, before brunch, before opening up our presents, the first thing we do is open our stockings. My dad makes sure we do not go into the room with the tree surrounded by presents. To this day it is still so hard not to take a peek.
My stocking has frosty the snowman on it… with sequins of course. In our stocking stuffers we always get a bag of M&Ms, gift cards, socks, and one special present. We always have Christmas music playing and my sister and I would check the cookies and glass of milk we left out for Santa. Seems like Santa has been on a diet for the past few years….. Anyway, opening up our stockings was one of my favorite parts of the day as it builds up the excitement and magic of the day.
