Wrap Coat: I have always adored wrap coats. They exude style. I love the over-lay collar, making the coat look so warm and cozy.
2016 Agenda: First of all, HOW is it already 2016? Sorta scary to think about. I remember it being 1996 like it was yesterday. Each year I pretend to be organized with an agenda/date book and I always get one from Gigi New York—and I always monogrammed it too, do not want someone stealing my work schedule and hair appointments.
Hat: Self-proclaiming myself as a hat person. I look terrible in them. I think my head is too big for my fine hair…. Still I want something more stylish than a beanie to wear in the winter. This hat is classic and seems to have structure to it, which I like.
Earrings: I really need to spice up my earring collections—ok I have plenty of earrings, I am just bored with them and want new ones. These earrings I love because of how fancy and dressed up they look, and still I would wear them with a cozy big sweater and leggings.
Over- The-Knee-High Boots: I am DYING to own a pair of over-the-knee- high boots with heels, and I am PRAYING it will make my legs look longer. I also want something dressier to go out in–I feel frumpy when I wear boots with a flat heel. I also LOVE (and want) these!
Handbag: Ok, so this handbag is a little out of my league in terms of price range, but one can dream can’t they? It is worth breaking the bank for, and I have been extra good this year… so maybe Santa will work his magic and get me one!! It is classic, stylish, and a true investment. The bag I carry around now is my Louis Vuitton Neverfall, which I do love to pieces, but I feel it is more of a travel bag, than a handbag.
Monogrammed Pillow: It is a pillow and it is monogrammed…. enough said. I have a white couch with silver/grey pillows and I think this light blue pillow will go perfectly in the middle as a decor piece. Plus it is from Draper James and Reese Witherspoon is my spirit animal and I will get anything she tells me to get.
Heels: RIP nude heels, they were murdered in the streets of NYC. Now I need a new pair, because having nude heels is like drinking water, we need it to survive. I always opt for pointed toe nude heels because I think it looks better on my feet.
Lipstick: Chanel’s “Boy” lipstick is my signature shade. I wear it almost daily and I am out of it. It is a nude shade with a hint of pink and shimmer. I love it because it is wearing a little something on your lips without it being too “I AM WEARING LIPSTICK!!!!!”.
Tank: I NEEEEED a new tank to workout in. Lululemon is always my go-to for workout gear. I love the fabric and fit of their clothes. Some of my workout tanks have seen better days, and this one I like because it has a built in bra (which mama needs), and supportive straps.
Camera: Although I already have a professional Nikon camera that I take pictures with, I want a nice camera that I can travel with. A small one that can fit in my purse and will do the trick when I want to take a picture of my food at a restaurant– who ever eats their food anymore without a least snapping a shot?
Sunglasses: You can never have too many pair of sunglasses. I have been eyeing these Karen Walker sunglasses for a while now. I love how big the frames are and a slight design of the cat eye. Can’t want to add it to my collection!
Foam Roller: Listen, I am not as young as I used to be…my body hurts when I work out. Honestly I have a bad back and hips, and a foam roller is heaven sent. After my workouts at SOS, I sometimes stay and use their foam rollers because my body needs it. Plus it will save me money from having to go get a massage all the time–although I will never permanently give that up, I am not crazy.
Perfume: I love to collect perfumes and Chloe’s “Love Story” is my next victim. I recently was given a sample of it, and fell in love immediately. It smells heavenly. I am hoping to make it my signature scent, something I wear daily, a scent that will remind my children of me.
Wallet: I need a new wallet. I have a traveling wallet that I put my store credit cards, club cards, and so on in, and then I have a card holder that I keep my driver license, money and credit cards in (now you know what to look for incase you want to pick-pocket me). The card holder is not very organized, although efficient when I want to quickly grab my DL or CC. But still, it is so hard to find in my purse, as if everything else just swallows the little bugger, keeping me from buying things in a hurry. I need a new wallet.
