During the cold weather seasons I am always looking for different ways to wear items that are not only stylish, but comfortable. Something easy to throw on, but does not look thrown together. This shearling jacket is the perfect piece for a casual day. It feels more like a sweater than a jacket. It is fitted through the arms and roomy through the bodice–which I prefer it to be. The shearling makes the jacket so warm, comfy, and perfect for any weekend activity. It is like snuggling with a blanket all day.

I wore this outfit a few weeks ago while spending the day with my mom going to lunch and did a little shopping around town.  The weather was nice with a little breeze and this jacket was so perfect to wear. I wore a silk tank underneath because the sleeves are fitted, so putting another sweater or long sleeve shirt would be a little too snug for me. When I was searching for an easy item to wear, I wanted something that I knew I would wear for a long time, and this jacket really is something I can see myself wearing in years to come.
