I love to travel and explore new or old places. Whether it is a weekend away in a familiar city or spending an entire week at a resort, I love the feeling of experiencing life in a different way. For the past few years my travel plans were centered around bachelorette parties, but now that the majority of my friends are married I want to travel for pleasure. This year the only travel plans I have is to Atlanta and most likely a trip or three to New York, but I want to head to a city I have never been to. I have my eye on Charleston and Nantucket. They are just so charming!
When I am traveling for a quick weekend getaway I try to pack light (ish)–I over pack for everything, even if it is for only one night. When I go for a weekend trip I find it a little silly to take a chunky suitcase and always opt for my large and small duffel bags. Easy to carry and has enough, if not more, room for all of my overpacking needs. My large duffel is made of authentic sailcloth and you have the option of monogramming it. I use my large duffel for pretty much all of my travels. My smaller duffel is great for over night or if I need to take a bunch of stuff to photoshoots or need a change of clothes. Traveling has been so much easier with the two of them by my side.
