One of the biggest challenges during the fall season, I believe, is finding weather appropriate dresses to wear. Now you all already know that I am a huge lover of dresses. I live, breath, and die for them. So when a season like this comes around I find it a little difficult to wear my beloved style. My summer and spring dresses are to light and not seasonal appropriate, yet my winter dresses are a little too heavy. I need something in-between.
When I first saw this Theory dress at Nordstrom it was like a light from heaven was shinning upon it. I knew I had to have it. I quickly tried it on and fell in love. It is the perfect dress for the fall. I love that is has a mock turtleneck and flares out a little at the bottom. It is so comfortable to wear as the dress is not form fitting but also not baggy.
As shown above I paired it with a button down, but I also wore it during fashion week sleeveless with fancier accessories. I can also vision myself wearing it with brown over the knee boots for a night out. Or throw a tweed jacket over it for work. The dress is so versatile– a definite staple piece to have.
