I think it is time we impeach winter for misconduct. I am over it. I have the right to bare arms and legs and I can’t in this weather. I need Vitamin D and dresses without tights and no coats and, well, I just need to no longer look like casper.
Since I can’t control Mother Nature, I will have to tolerate another few months of being bundled up. During the week I have been switching between this fur trim hooded coat and my puffy coat. A girl needs options ya know. A typical every day winter outfit would be staying in my PJS and not getting out of bed jeans, a simple sweater, boots, and a winter hat.

Since I work from home my weekday clothes are pretty casual. If I am going to a coffee shop or the Soho House to work, meeting with a friend for brunch, or shopping uptown (gotta impress the UES socialites) I will wear something like the outfit above, but if I am running to the grocery store or Duane Reade I will wear workout clothes. I want to be bundled up yet put together during the day and this casual outfit is my go-to for every day needs.
