The second I saw this dress from Rebecca Taylor I knew it was perfect for Valentine’s Day. I love how feminine it is with the flowers and the ruffle neckline. It can be worn time and time again during the spring as well. If you are worried about it not being quite weather appropriate (spring will be here soonish!), throw tights underneath or pair it with a blazer.
