I am back in Ohio after a wonderful few days in Georgia. I have to admit I was loving the weather there and am feeling a little sad to be back in the cold. While I was in Georgia I was able to wear fall outfits like this casual everyday look. During the fall, and even the winter, I live for scarves and wraps. Nothing seems more like heaven to me than wrapping myself in a big scarf. Also because I am a big baby and get cold easily, and scarves are warm and comfy.  I have been eyeing this tartan scarf from Barbour for a long time. Tartan is as classic and preppy of a pattern as you can get. I knew it would be perfect for an everyday look to throw over a sweater or wear over my beige coat.

These suede pants have been a go-to of mines during the fall season. I am actually surprised how often I wear them.  I bought them last year and wore them a lot and am happy to see they are back in stock this season. They pair perfectly with a white sweater, brown loafers, and of course a red tartan scarf. I wear this outfit a lot during the day in the fall; running errands, out to brunch, walking around the city. I may not be able to wear this outfit without a coat much longer, but I know I can wear each item individually throughout winter, and you can bet I will be wrapping myself up in my new favorite tartan scarf.
