In the hot summer days when the humidity is most prevalent and perspiration becomes an accessory, you gravitate towards things that make you feel as if you are not burning in the flames of mother nature. For me that is a flowy dress and a refreshing drink. A day to night dress while sipping delicious lemonade in South Street Seaport while shopping and enjoying the beautiful views of Brooklyn. Did I just describe the most perfect summer day? I think I did.

I bought this dress earlier in the summer to wear to my high school reunion. I wanted something that was casual yet dressy. I continued to wear it after my reunion; whether to events, out to dinner, or even during the day shopping with Keds on. The silhouette is a fitted flare; not tight but also not so loose that the fabric consumes your body. This dress comes in many other different prints and lengths that are worth grabbing for the end of the sunshine season and well into the Indian Summer.
