Although I am a summer girl through and through I do appreciate the styles and trends fall has to offer. With autumn quickly approaching, brands are turning over their collection to fit the transition of the seasons. Although I am sad to say goodbye to my summer dresses, I am excited to start shopping for fall clothes.
For the past few fall seasons I have been coveting white booties. As a great way to transition into fall season with a color that keeps the lightness of the summer but the aesthetics of fall. I finally bought this pair (that arrived today!!) and can’t wait to wear them during NYFW. Another item I am wanting this season is a snakeskin skirt. Usually when it comes to animal prints I prefer leopard, but snakeskin (embossed or not) has slithered its way into one of the top trends of this season. If snakeskin is not your style, I suggest purchasing a satin silk skirt. I already have one in silver that I wore during the holidays and would absolutely love to get a fall color. Since the weather truly does not become crisp until October, transitional dresses are the must have item you need in your closet. I have been eye this seersucker check dress for a while and think it would look cute with my new white booties. This Rhode dress I already have in blue, but how beautiful is the olive coloring? Other items I continue to purchase way too much of are sweaters and blazers, I can’t get enough of either one!
