Last night I went to the launch party at the Palace Hotel for the new Gal Meets Glam coat collection. Gal Meets Glam, owned by Julia Engel, is a feminine clothing brand based out of Charleston. I have been loving their clothing for the past year or so, ever since their launch. I am excited about the new coat collection that launched yesterday! Seeing all of the beautiful blush and periwinkle tone coats last night made me want to buy everything! I am loving this wrapped coat and this scalloped houndstooth jacket. GMG also had a preview of their holiday collection– some that have already launched like this beautiful red dress with black velvet bows and this sequined dress. It’s never too early to start shopping for the holidays! In the meantime, I will be trying to decide between which cute coat I want.
The launch party last night was beautiful! Perfectly GMG style with lots of flowers and pink decor created by my friend Christy, owner of CMD Creative. No one knows how to throw a party like Christy! Anyway, I met Julia and her husband Thomas for the first time and they are both so nice! The food was yummy, the champagne was flowing, the sunset over Manhattan was stunning, and the company was wonderful! It was a lovely evening!
