The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020 is right around the corner! As usual, they will have the Early Access start first, August 4th for cardmembers only, then open the sale up to the public. A feature they have this year is the Early Access Club Status. If you are a cardmember and can shop the sale early, not everyone can start August 4th. Log into your Nordstrom account, head to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale section and they will tell you what your Nordy Club Status is. This way not everyone is shopping for the sale all at once. Below is the list of dates for each Early Access Card Status group– how they determined what group you are in, I have no idea.
This year Nordstrom gave us a little treat before Early Access starts– a preview of what items will be part of the sale! This is a great way to browse through the Anniversary Sale to plan, save, and bookmark what you want with no sense of pressure or urgency. With this new preview feature, when early Access starts all you have to do is hit purchase and the items are yours! It’s convenient and guarantees you get what you want. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale usually sells out fast; especially key items like coats, shoes, home, and beauty products. I always say go for what you need first like skincare or winter coats, then comb through again for what you want like a handbag or a new pair of sunglasses. Typically Nordstrom adds new items to the sale as it continues, so stay tuned for more must-have items to buy. Fall will be here before you know it and the NSale is a great opportunity to purchase a new coat. Whether you want to add another dress coat to your wardrobe or you are in need of something to wear to and from your workouts, this is the perfect time to buy coats for an affordable price. A few years ago I snatched my favorite wrapped coat from the NSale for a great price and it was the best purchase ever made! This year I am looking at getting either a camel or black wool coat to replace the ones I currently have that are rundown.
Shoes and accessories may be more of a want than a need, but these items are too good to pass up. Get a pair of new boots or slides that you need for the fall. Treat yourself to a new handbag or sunglasses to add to your wardrobe. Luxury items for an affordable price to ring in the fall season with a fresh start.
