While it’s true that I mostly wear dresses during the summertime, I occasionally will throw on a pair of shorts and a cute top. I have never been one who can wear white pants during the summer and commend those of you who do. There are lots of pretty summer tops that I have missing out on because of my lack of wearing bottoms.
