For the past week or so we have been experiencing fall-like temperatures here in New York. The cooler weather calls for cozy layers. As we are still in the mist of a pandemic, working from home is our new normal. There is so much we have had to change, including our daily outfits. We went through the sweatpants stage when we thought this would last a few weeks. Then onto the sunshine seasons where we spent our days in flowy summer dresses. Now that we are back to the crisp-fall air, I predict that athleisure will be our daily outfit of choice. We want to feel comfort, yet still look cute. Athleisurewear has been a Godsend during this past week where I can easily slip on my new favorite pair of leggings (under $30) and a fleece jacket. In the summer I could slip into a dress and be on my way, now I have to think about pants, tops, and what jacket to wear. Running out to grab coffee or go grocery shopping shouldn’t cause you to stare at your closet for way too long, trying to figure out what to wear. Or mayve that is just me.
