reformation

dress // booties // circle bag c/o

I will be the first to admit I am not the biggest fan of fall attire. As long as the weather permits, I try to put off the traditional fall uniform. I am not over the moon for jeans, and layering makes me feel restricted. This has been an on-going theme in my life; refusing to wear pants. I have always preferred dresses, skirts, and leggings. This year I have been coveting fall dresses; for comfort and style. And I have been looking at non-traditional fall colors and prints. Green, in my opinion, is a seasonless color. It’s the color of prairies, plants, and trees. It reminds us of warm summer days, but also Christmas trees and holly. It’s hunter green in the fall and seafoam green in the spring. It’s a color that I do not wear very often and want to include more of in my fall closet.

This green polka-dot dress is perfect to wear during every season, except winter. You can wear it on a special occasion or simply out with friends. It looks cute with booties, heels, or even sneakers for a casual look. It’s comfortable to wear and great to twirl in. I had to size up to a 4.
