Each year on my Christmas list I put an item or two of activewear that I am currently coveting; most likely a new pair of leggings and running shoes. However, ever since the pandemic hit and we were all forced to create at-home gyms, I have been asking Santa for fitness equipment. This year I am asking for yoga blocks so I can get a deeper stretch.
Whether we are buying workout equipment and activewear for the fitness pro or the newbie in our lives, there is always something to get them. For starters, dumbbells are the best way to start their at-home gym or to add onto. These weighted bangles I wear on both my wrists and around my ankles, depending on the movement. A resistance band will help them level up their workout. For cooling down, a massage gun is heaven sent. I have one and love it. For the yogi in your life, they probably need a new yoga mat. For the tennis lover, a new tennis skirt and monogrammed tennis balls will be appreciated. If you don’t know what type of workout they are into, one can never have too many activewear items. I feel I am always shopping for a new sports bra and a pair of leggings. This neck warmer will be a great gift for him this holiday season for outdoor sports, or outdoor yard work. Here are more items to shop for the fitness freak in your life.
