Today marks the official start of The Masters. It’s only been within the last few years that I have found myself getting into golf. It’s not that I disliked the sport before, it’s more that I have a new appreciation for it. I find it soothing to watch. I especially enjoy The Masters and The Memorial Tournament (which I have frequent throughout the years as being from Ohio). You may be surprised to hear this, but I am not the best golfer. Shocking, I know. I am, however, quite the putt-putt golfer if I do say so myself. The last time I went golfing was after college with a few friends. I may have played 2 holes then retired to the golf cart to drink for the rest of the day. Now THAT was fun!
One reason that golf has become something of interest is that women’s golf attire has completely changed in the last year thanks to brands like Byrdie Golf Social and Addison Bay. Putting on a cute golf outfit makes the sport much more enjoyable, even if I am not the best. I have my eye on this ruffle skort and this retro floral dress. I may not be hitting hole in ones, but I will at least look fashionable while doing it.
