With spring well underway, I am looking for cute and casual dresses to wear while frolicking around the city. What I love about this dress is that it has a tie-waist. I can let the dress hang loose while working from home, creating a more loungewear look. Then loop the tie around my waist when I step out to buy fresh flowers or grab tea with a friend. I also love the beautiful detailing of the embroidery. It really gives a simple dress more pizazz.
