One way I am transitioning from winter to spring is through sweater dresses. The cute and cozy dress style is a must-have for the seasons. It keeps you warm during the cold season by pairing it with ankle boots or knee high boots. Then in the spring time switch to flats or kitten heels. I currently have a few sweater dresses in my closet, but there is always room for more. This button down sweater dress I thought would be cute for winter and spring. I love the lavender color of this knit fabric with cute gold heart buttons in front. It looks like an oversize cardigan, which is why I love it. It’s different from my other sweater dresses. It would be cute to wear for Galentine’s Day or a casual Valentine’s Day date, then worn throughout the spring season.
Sweater dresses can be a little tricky when it comes to sizing and style. Sometimes they are too baggy in the middle but tight round the bottoms. Others are oversize and look better paired with a belt. Or you can get them fitted to accentuate your silhouette. This heart button sweater dress is the perfect size, for my liking. It’s has room to move but is not oversized. You can still see my curves even though it’s not fitted. I am currently wearing a size small for reference. I have been wearing this heart button sweater dress while working from home and may throw it on to wear to an event I have coming up. It’s a great dress that will take you from winter to spring.
