summer fashion

Happy Sunday! I am sitting here on this lovely, lazy Sunday getting ready to travel home to Ohio for the 4th of July. While I pack my 4th of July clothes, I am also shopping for more outfits to wear this summer season. For this week’s Sunday Shopping top 10 I got the summertime blues.

While I was shopping for outfits to wear on the 4th of July, one dress in particular was in the running; this blue smocked linen midi dress. A dress that will beat the heat not only on the 4th, but for the entire summer. It also comes in white, but I like the dusty blue coloring. Pair it with these gold mini chubby hoop earrings— a classic go-to that is under $100.

The 4th may be the closest celebratory event to date, however, there are a few other events this summer that I am looking for an outfit to wear to. This pretty blue tile print midi dress is one to wear to special events, out on the town, and on date night. The gorgeous print is really unique and I love the sweetheart neckline. Pair it with these braided heel sandals (currently on sale) and this pearl mini tote for an evening out.

One of the more popular items this summer is a linen vest. If you want to wear this trendy item but do not want to break the bank, then this linen vest and shorts set is for you- under $50. You can mix and match the waistcoat and the shorts with a variety of didn’t items. Pair it with this blue ribbon raffia sun hat for a summery day. Wear it with this pearl seashell long necklace for an extra dose of trend- under $100.

Now that is it almost time for Wimbledon, I am in a tenniscore mood. I’ve been looking at cute tennis dresses. Something that I can wear while playing tennis or pickleball or when I run errands on the weekends. This blue floral and stripe mini tennis dress is high on my radar. I not only love the beautiful print, but it comes with built-in shorts and a pocket… what more can you asked for!

Last but not least, I am always browsing new decor items. I am a big fan of anything wicker, rattan, straw, and raffia. So when I saw this cute rattan ottoman I fell in love. The question is where to put it. If you are looking for a new furniture item for your home, this affordable footstool is one to have. Shop all of this week’s Sunday Shopping below.
