Happy Sunday! After a few weeks off it feels good to be back, sharing my current wants of the week. Now that we are in the fall season, this week’s Sunday Shopping is all about fall-like colors, prints, and more.
It’s been raining for the past few days here in New York; people running around with umbrellas and layering for warmth. The temps are lowered and the jackets are required. While there are many different coat styles you can wear during the fall season, one of the most popular is the barn jacket. From the classic Barbour wax jackets to cropped floral ones, a barn jacket is a fall must-have. I have been eyeing this plaid long barn jacket for a while. The herringbone plaid print makes the coat stand out while still being a classic. This is a coat you can wear whether it’s raining or not. Pair it with jeans and a sweater, while carrying this croc-embossed shoulder bag for a casual everyday fall look.
For an untraditional fall color, I am loving this pink brushed cashmere crewneck sweater. It looks so comfortable to wear. And it can be worn anywhere; from work to dressing up. Pair it with this paisley skirt, along with this heart pendant gold-chain necklace, for Thanksgiving Day dinner look.
One of the most sought-after items right now is a denim dress. While there are many different style denim dresses to choose from, I am loving this tie-waist midi one. The belt is removable so you can wear it casually while at home or cinch your waist with the tie-belt for when you are out and about. I love that this dress is versatile and can easily be styled different ways. For a more casual look, pair it with this green scarf tied around your neck. For a more dressed up look, pair it with these square bead earrings— under $30 yet looks luxe.
If you are looking for different ways to bring color into your normally dreary fall outfit, I suggest being a little playful with your footwear. These two-toned Mary Jane’s are a great to add some color, while still being in the palette of autumn. I love the little rhinestone buckle that elevates the ballet flats, yet you can still wear them casually.
Speaking of color and design, the famous Gracie Studio has released their first ever coffee table book. Known for their exquisite handprinted wallpaper, this interior design book will be one to have. I absolutely adore Gracie wallpaper; with their botanical, scenic designs. This is a book that will inspire you, get your creative juices flowing, while also being something pretty to look at.
