Happy Sunday! Here in New York we had a little taste of spring yesterday. Everyone, I mean everyone, was out and about. It was lovely to walk around, feeling the sun on my face and seeing the city buzzing with activity. This week’s Sunday Shopping is all about outfits to wear the next time the sun comes out.
Whether you are looking for an everyday dress or something to wear to work, this classic green ribbed cotton maxi dress is the staple piece you need. Pair it with this rattan top handle bag (with a removable crossbody strap) for when you are lunching with friends on the weekend. This is a great outfit to wear to The Masters or one of the Grand Slams in tennis.
My vacation is vastly approaching and I am currently shopping for outfits to wear while I am under the sun. This gorgeous floral knit dress is perfect for vacation. A dress you can wear casually with sandals or heels, depending on where you are going. Pair it with these spiral shaped stud earrings and these matching bracelets (under $40) for a night out. This outfit would also be perfect for the bride-to-be to wear during her bachelorette weekend.
In the spring when it’s still a little chilly out you may not be ready to don your floral dress, yet you still want something spring-like to wear. These wide-legged twill pants will become your go-to for the weekends. Easy to lounge in, easy to throw on and go. Pair it with this chic and comfy blue cable knit cardigan for when you are running errands or having brunch with friends. When you are on vacation, pair it with these raffia slide sandals with gold embellishments.
Speaking of vacation, one item that I am looking at to wear is this canvas sun hat in natural. Easy to pack. This timeless sun hat is not only one to wear while you are poolside, but also to wear to the park, while you are gardening, or walking around the neighborhood. Under $100.
Last but not least, an item that I have coveting for months is Aerin Lauder’s new coffee table book Living with Flowers. It finally was released this past week! Aerin Lauder, in my opinion, has the most exquisite taste. As someone who is a both a fan of Aerin and flowers, this book is right up my alley. The cover looks beautiful, as I am sure the photos inside are just as gorgeous and inspiring. Shop all of this week’s Sunday Shopping top 10 below.
